If you are getting the Remote Desktop Connection Error when attempting to connect to the SAP server, you need to make sure your VPN is connected.
1. First open the Viscosity VPN client from your desktop.
2. Right click on the Viscosity tray icon then connect.
3. Wait for the connection to be established and you will receive a notification of a successful connection. The Viscosity tray icon will change from Red/Grey to Green.
