If SAP has been stuck for a while now and you can't navigate around modules, perform the following to force close the application and login again.

1. Open Task Manager by right clicking on the task bar

2. Navigate to the Users tab

3. Locate your RDP Username and expand

4. Right click on SAP Business One (32 bit) then End Task
